Non-Vertebrate Genomics

The Non-vertebrate Genomics team focuses on presentation of genome assemblies, genome annotation and variation data for plant and non-vertebrate metazoan species. The team is responsible for developing Ensembl Plants and Ensembl Metazoa, and for Ensembl’s training and outreach activities.
